How can I get an accurate psychic chat reading?
To start using the website please select the advisor you wish to chat with. If you have never used the website before you will be redirected to register. After you have entered your information, and clicked the talk now button on your selected advisor a chat dialog with come up. You can then type your question into the dialog.
I have two free messages. How can I redeem them?
Once your account has been funded your first two messages are on us and are not charged. You can verify this by selecting Account and then Billing History and Understanding Your Bill.
I have a coupon. How can I redeem it?
Your coupon is automatically added to your account balance after you fund your account. If you have a $20 coupon and you fund your account by $9.95, you can click on Account and then select Billing History to verify your account balance is $29.95.
What if the advisor I want to talk to is offline?
If your advisor is offline, they will receive a notification and can choose to come online to respond. If they are unable to come online to respond they will still receive the message and will respond when their regular shift starts.
How can I pay for a reading?
We charge per message. If you do not have a credit card on file with us, a payment dialog will appear before your advisor can receive your message and prompt you for your payment information. Each advisor has their own per message rate that is clearly posted on the home page.
Why do I have to agree to automatic account funding?
Once your account drops below $10 to prevent any interruptions we add another $40 to your balance. This is done because your advisors are unable to respond to your questions if the balance on your account is below their message rate. For more information on automatic account funding please see how our billing works from the bottom of every page on the site.
How do I stop automatic funding and just chat until my balance is depleted?
Just contact us from the customer support page and we will be happy to place your account on stop auto payment.
I changed my mind. I want to keep talking
There is a cooling off period of 30 days minimum for any account that has been placed on stop charge. We will then get feedback from the advisors you talked to and decide if we want to keep you as a customer.
Can I use your site if I am not in North America?
Unfortunately, due to international privacy laws we can only accept customers from the US and Canada. If you do not live in those countries you will be violating the terms of the site by trying to use it.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We might add funds to your balance if you are unhappy with a reading, but due to the nature of the business we do not offer refunds. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
